Your staff is very personable and cheery.
Felt the price per night very high since there is no pool or whirlpool in the hotel - also would be nice to have elevator - was painful to go up the stairs with heavy packages.

Loved Brookings, the hotel was nice and excellent in the middle of jackson. The staff was very friendly and amicable on arrival and throughout the stay. My reasonably large and warm room had central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and coffee and tea making equipment. The location was particularly good, adjacent to fast food restaurants as well as Brookings, SD. The stay was absolutely wonderful.

Overall it was a good place. Hot breakfast clean rooms and close to the swiftell center. Which is where we needed to be.
They screwed up our reservation. I reserved two rooms with two beds in each. Upon check in we were informed that I had one room with two weeks and two rooms with one bed. Even after showering my reservation I was then told it wasn't her problem. I asked what she was going to do to fix it and she continued to tell me it wasn't her fault. I then asked for manager and was told the manager only works Monday through Friday from 8 to 3.

I like that they served hot breakfast, especially since I brought a basketball team and we were on a tight schedule. That was one thing that really saved us time in the morning. thank you.
There wasn't anything that I had a problem with.

clean towels, excellent air conditioning, spacious room
The bathroom fixtures require attention!!! Stains and rust in the sink are unacceptable. Better cleaning is necessary, as soap scum was evident!!! Improve noise isolation in upper floors-every step echoed!!!

The location was very convenient, with food options and a Walmart nearby. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a comforting bed and sufficient towels. The noise from the room above was disruptive was great. Although the breakfast was decent, there was room for improvement in the bathroom fixtures, as one had a noticeable chunk missing.
